In the season finale of season 1 of EmpowerSpace, we interview Colleen Martindale, a Director at McCarthy Building Companies, on How to Find Your Way. Colleen gives tangible advice from her experience building McCarthy’s Partnership for Women for those looking to implement a similar program and the successes they have seen from the program. We talk about the importance of bringing your authentic self to the workplace, Colleen’s musical talents, and the benefits of being multilingual.
